the location near the train station proved quite convenient for my travel plans.
The room was quite disappointing. the noise levels from the street were excessive because of inadequate window insulation, which disrupted sleep. the bathroom was also problematic. The water never got hot, and i could only shower with lukewarm water. it was not a pleasant experience.

I found the location excellent. It is very close to Heuston Station. Phoenix Park is also nearby. The reception area was always staffed, and the team was both friendly and polite (especially the guy who helped me with directions).
I noticed a lack of soundproofing. I could hear noises from other rooms quite clearly. I also found the room service inconsistent. My room was not cleaned on one of the days.

the location was ideal as it was not far from the train station. the room i got was quiet and comfortable i slept so well. the staff was super friendly and helpful i felt so welcome.
the bathroom was a bit small i found it quite difficult to manoeuvre.

the room had a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and bedside tables with lamps. tea and coffee facilities were available and there was a hairdryer plus bath toiletries. there was also a side table with two armchairs, a desk, and a tv.

the hotel is located close to a park. the reception area was always manned and the guys there were very friendly and polite. i noted a couple of local bars and takeaway shops nearby. a tram stop.

Check-in and check-out were easy processes with pleasant staff assisting me. the staff seemed very nice and the location worked perfectly because it was near the train station. i really enjoyed interacting with the team. They were amazing and helpful.

The street outside was quite noisy. I found it hard to sleep well because of the constant traffic sounds. The bathroom door did not close properly. It was also somewhat expensive relative to other options.
